invitation: QR plugin to show invitations

This plugin implements QR code display and invitation generation (§5.1 of XEP-0401).

Added commands:

  • /qr <message> - will display a QR code with the message
  • /invitation [<server>] - will request an inivtation from server (your server by default) and show it in a QR code
