Different roster colors for pending/no subscription elements

The roster tree should provide a color hint about users that are on your roster because they have a pending or incomplete subscription. It would also be great to add other visual cues, like changing the status character to '?' or putting them into a dedicated pseudo-roster group at the top.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
