(inner) resource must not be part of the jid for /accept (transports)
i got a message
yyy\40xxx.com\email@example.com wants to subscribe ...
/accept yyy <tab>
which gave me
which, in turn, didn't work.
(without inner resource).
the same problem exists for resource parts at the very end of the jid.

Fix #2158 Fix /accept for transports. I think there are more people who use transports than people who have \2f into a legitimate JID. So I believe this is ok.
