Add AmbientCapabilities=CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE to systemd service file

As biboumi tries to bind to Port 113 for identd per default, the systemd service file should allow it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
