Allow to execute multiple IRC commands when connecting

Currently, the Ad-Hoc form for servers only allows to specify a single IRC command to execute when the connection is being established.

It would sometimes be useful to execute multiple commands, for example to set user modes after connecting and authenticating with NickServ.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
